Location Highlights:
This small but quaint town is a lovely up-and-coming locale. The population is less than 100,000 and has a close-knit community feel. A wonderful location for raising a family with many public schools nearby as well as lots of parks and playgrounds for children to be outside. If you love being outdoors and hiking, this is the place for you. There are beautiful views of Olympic National Park, North Cascades National Park, and the awe-inspiring Mount Rainier from the tops of the hills in this location. If you prefer the bustling lights of the city, you can take a short ferry ride over to the emerald city of Seattle and potentially glimpse the sight of dolphins and orcas on your cruise across the Puget Sound. It is truly a place for everyone. Living in this location offers residents a dense suburban feel and most residents own their homes. Many young professionals live here and residents tend to have moderate political views. The public schools here are highly rated.
